Coming on this trip was a big step for me in learning to trust Christ. Much of it has been uncomfortable for me, but I keep focusing on the Lord’s goodness and His truth. The people on this team and in the village here have been an amazing tangible expression of God’s love to me. This has helped to increase my trust in Him. I thank everyone at Grace for allowing me to join the team for afar.

Heidi, the boys love and miss you. They send their greetings and can't wait to see you when you get home.
I'm afraid I haven't been the best caretaker this week. I'm moving slow and can't really join in the hunt, chase, jump, hide, or freeze dance.
The saving grace for me, at least this week, is that they are all consumed with PokeMon which is a quiet, sedentary game. Normally, I would be reluctant to see them so immersed in only one passion, but to tell the truth, I'm grateful this week for the little Japanese pocket monsters.
Also, I believe there must come a time of PokeMon burn-out when the phase will pass. They all assure me, however, that one can never have too many PokeMon cards.
Off to make lunch.
Love,
Mimmy and the boys
Heidi -
I miss you, but I'm enjoying your joy . . . and I'm thankful for your chance to experience the "tangible expression of God's love"!

Heidi,
Stacey tried to write you last night but the blog wasn't working correctly. I am sure she wants you to know she is praying for you and looks forward to hearing your stories when you return -- as am I.
